B.J. once again told us that the truck would be out by the end of the day the following Wednesday. Wednesday came and no truck.
It has been 3 weeks as of today!
When I finally did get it back after about 10 weeks I noticed water getting into the front passenger side. I am not sure where exactly it's getting in from but it goes to show that they didn't even put the car back together well enough. Another issue was the right tail-light. Water was also getting in and neither was happening before. The tail light was a quick fix with some sealant but I still had water getting into the front passenger side when it rained. I called the shop and told them what was happening and they told me that I had voided the warranty for repairing the tail light on my own and that they would not fix anything else.
I informed them they have cost me valuable time and money. Also, that I will be picking up my truck, Monday, July 20th at 5pm. FINISHED OR NOT!
We had an horrible experience with Apex. I took the truck in on March 21, 2016 to have the insurance quote done. I was told that the parts would be ordered and that they would begin work on it Monday, March 28. I informed B.J. that we had just bought a house and needed the truck to move with. He assured me that it would only take until Friday April 1, to finish it. On Thursday afternoon , B.J. called me to tell me that they found more damage and that they had to order more parts. ON and ON and ON ! Always an excuse for why it wasn't finished and then we noticed that the excuses we were getting from B.J. didn't make sense with previous excuses.
Pretty sure they washed my truck with sandpaper. Paint looked terrible after I had a couple hail dents fixed.
B.J. called to tell us that after 3 weeks , they were going to pay for us to have a rental car from the Enterprise business on site. I asked for a truck, but was told that they didn't have a truck to rent for us. I reminded B.J. that my husband is 6'3", and weighs 300 lbs. , please put him in something that would be comfortable. We were put into a Jeep Compass. The lady at Enterprise said, "we are putting you in a SUV" . Their idea of a SUV and mine are two totally different things!!! We took in a GMC 2500HD, and they thought that the Jeep was comparable ?!? !
I took my murdered out dodge ram up here after having bin hit by a hit and run and they needed to replace the passenger side of my truck bed and I had aftermarket fender flares painted to match and was made to look factory as well right . So after apex collision in Plainview tx was what they called finished with my truck I took it home and it sat at the house till Saturday morning which was roughly a week maybe . I went to go get my new rims and tires installed and while Im waiting for the tire shop to balance my new tires on my new rims I'm looking over apex collisions quality and workmanship and from far away it didn't look bad . But I walk up close to the spot it was hit and the passenger rear after market fender flare unlike my other fender flares had enough space in between the bed side and fender that I was able to fit my entire pinky finger unlike the other 3 that had no space at all , so I continue to look over the work and be aware before I took it in to apex collision I had gotten my front and rear bumper painted to match my truck and i look at the rear bumper and there are these large fresh scratches from one of their employees carelessly handling the rear bumper in the process of removing it and setting it down , having seen all this I unlock my bed cover and lift it wondering what else could have gotten messed up and there in the bed of my truck are metal grindings and shavings not even cleaned up swept up or anything. And if all that not having been bad enough originally it was only suppose to take 1 week but instead ended up taking 5 weeks. And ya know at first I had the mind set you can't rush quality so originally i was more or less alright with waiting but after having seen all this I will never take my business here again. Gotta say extremely disappointed really regretting taking it up here. Save yourself the headache hassle waste of time and money. and take it elsewhere. I took my blacked out ram back to get a spot touched up after they were suppose to fix a hit and run and they had scratched my back bumper while attempting to fix the hit and run and It was suppose to be finished but then a couple days later I looked at the work and they scratched my rear bumper. And I called them about this and they said to bring it in and they would fix it and after dropping it off for the second time and having waited another week they called me once again that it was finally finished and I look at it again and once again there was nothing done to it!!!!! It looks the exact same as before i brought it in . This has bin the worst experience of any business I have ever been to. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE. YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I now live in an area where it rarely rains so it is not a big problem anymore. However, water still finds it's way in when I drive though the car wash. And the fact still remains that they did not do a thorough job to begin with. I will never do business with this company or it's associates again.
They let it sit for a week without touching it and "tried" to claim more damage (that wasn't there) with our insurance company. They told me Monday, July 13th that it would be ready by the end of the week. Again, they lied. Supposedly they are just painting it today.
Absolutely horrible service. They were supposed to order the parts for my truck (hail damage) BEFORE my scheduled bring in date. Then it was supposed to take no more than 1.5 - 2 weeks to fix.
Horrible. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received here. I took my car in for repairs and after not hearing anything for a couple of weeks I called and they told me they hadn't started working on it yet. It took about 7 weeks before they began working on it.
LONG STORY SHORT , we picked our truck up today April 21, 2016 .
