It was awful! My hair looks like Crap! The stylist cut a big chunk out of the back. I will have to let my hair grow out for a long time in a ponytail before I can get it cut. The layers are real choppy not even blended in! The absolutely the worse hair cut I ever got!
The website says 8 the girl at the location said 7, hello better business Bureau.
