They will steal your money and not care! They are crooked people!!!!!!!!!!! I recently switched car insurance companies because they kept raising my premium even though I've been a loyal customer for 5 years without a claim or ticket on file. My account was set up for auto draft every 16th of the month, but I canceled my account on the 9th. Automatically I should be receiving a refund check from them because I did not complete my month. This is when it gets really bad, they still auto drafted my account on the 16th which caused my bank account to go seriously low. I called because now I should be receiving two refund checks from them for close to $300, but they are saying that I'm only getting about $180 back! HOW THE HELL IS THAT RIGHT???????????????? All they want is your money and not give any back to you because they don't care. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! Switched to Progressive and glad I did! If I could give a negative rating, I would.
