Got my very expensive Adrianna pappel dress altered there. All of my alterations were not complete. But thank god because the hem was terribly uneven. The cashier said it must have been from how subtle the hem was and proceeded to charge me full price. Terrible terrible terrible. Never going back! Warning to all!

the biggest ripoff in Texas. if you have to go to school in Plainview do everything you can to avoid this place could they will of charge you for every little thing and not have any attention to detail while they do it and on top of that they will tell you want price and then you come to pick up your stuff and get charged for something else.
