Worst service EVER! They're slower than molasses at the pick up window. I sat in lime for half an hour last night even though there were only two cars ahead of me. By the time I finally got up there, they sent me away because the check my roommate had given me had the wrong amount on it despite the fact that she's certain she wrote the amount on the check that the said it would be. I had to go home, get another check, come back, and sit in line another half hour while waiting on two other cars to get serves. When I got up to the window that time, a truck pulled up behind me and some creepy guy got out of it, walked up to Pizza Hut's window, and started knocking on it. An employee opened it and the guy said that he'd gotten his order earlier, but they didn't include his wings. I knew he was annoyed, but I found it weird that he got out of his car and walked up to the window rather than waiting his turn. I find it extremely annoying that pizza hut dealt with him before helping me when I was next in line. When someone finally came to help me., they told me they'd sold my order to someone else. It'd been well over an hour since I'd gotten there the first time. I ended up having to leave and go to Sonic instead because it was so late and my diabetic roommate had to eat soon. Tonight, my roommate really wanted pizza hut so I went back, waited in line about another half hour, and they gave me bs about not being able to take my check, but wouldn't tell me why. I had to go home, get cash, come back, and wait in line another 20 minutes. I waited at the window for around 10 minutes and when I FINALLY got our food, it was cold. I found a hair in my submarine sandwich, they gave my roommate chicken Alfredo pasta when she asked for meaty marinara. My mom also said she saw an employee cutting up lemons and stop to answer the phone. Then he went back to cutting up lemons without washing his hands. Someone's will be my pizza place from now on. I always get good service there. In my experience, they're much quicker, more competent, and their food is always hotter, better, and correct. And I've never found a hair in it.
