Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced...I would even go as far as to say dishonest.
They are becoming less and less a small home town bank.... discovered the other day that they have a third party monitor their checking accounts for fraud instead of themselves. (got a random call from a company that I didn't recognize about activity on my account... asking for personal information... thought it was a scam so I called my bank... they said it was not a scam but were unable to tell me what they were calling about... what a JOKE) We also have a hard time finding knowledgable personal bankers... we farm and it seems that a lot of the questions we asked they didn't understand. For being a bank is a farming community... ASB was a lot mroe knowledgable to our needs. It also seems that thier loan officers show up when ever they want to.... there were times we showed up several times during the week and 2-3 pm in the afternoon and a loan officer we were trying to see was never in.... I suggest they get back to being a real "small town home bank" and check into what their loan officers are doing during the day. We moved EVERYTHING to ASB
