This bank decided to hit me up with a fraudulent NSF charge saying that I didn't have the money to cover the purchase. I opted OUT of bank overdraft so it wasn't paid for and they STILL hit me up for the charge.
After speaking to two representatives one named Alexis and another who claimed to be a supervisor (Which I highly doubt she was) named Meesha I was hit with nothing but macro answers and BS. They were absolutely NO help at all and just kept telling me it was my fault and that it was my responsibility to watch my bank account to make sure I had the funds in there.
DO NOT GO WITH THIS BANK OR FIRST NATIONAL BANK!!!
Customer beware! I'm an avid ebay buyer with my debit card. I never had a problem buying anything on ebay until just recently and the customer service is HORRIBLE. I purchased and item on ebay and my funds are always taken directly out. Now they might take a couple of days to complete which is normal but the funds are always kind of put to the side so you're not able to use them and your account reflects that.
I closed my account today and went back to my prepaid debit card which I honestly shouldn't have left to come to this PoS bank. I would recommend getting a prepaid debit card.
FCB is ran by FNB so yea you'll get the same customer service there as well.
Despite my numerous attempts to get these individuals who showed no sympathy or empathy for the customer and obviously just didn't care what I had to say when trying to explain that the funds were definitely available they told me I was SOL and there was nothing they were going to do about it.
