Spoke to a guy name Johnny on the phone, he was very rude. I needed to order flowers for a funeral. He very rudely asked what I needed and who was it for, he let out a frustrated sigh when I told him the name then he was silent for a few seconds and said very rudely that the best he could do was a small plant and he was too busy. I said ok, I will call another flourist and I hung up. I understand that you are busy, people get busy, I get that. However, you don't pass that frustration onto a customer, period. He could have nicely explained the situation without the attitude. Terrible customer service!
Buyer beware! My daughter ordered flowers from them for an early Mother's day gift. She ordered pink tulips based on a picture from their website. The arrangement they delivered to me was pale, variegated tulips which were so droopy they touched the bottom of the vase. I spoke with the manager, Johnny, who was extremely rude to me and told me the pictures on the website were not what they sold. Also no customer service going on here - just angry, rude management with pitiful flowers.
Needed to order flowers for a funeral so I Googled florists in Plainview. Had no intention on ordering from them (because of the other reviews )until I called the funeral home and they said this was the florist that the family had used. I called Friday and got their answering machine . On their message it said they closed at 6. This was 4:30. I left a message - they never called me back Friday or Saturday. Called them on Monday morning. The guy was very rude. Complained how busy they were and only gave me three options. Never mind!! There are other florists in Plainview and they have to be better than this place.
The best place to buy flowers ever! The rainbow flowers are the best! They have great customer service, I seen the other 1 star reviews, they are not true, the guy named Johnnie was very good and kind.
