The Rose Shop made a pretty, Fall, fresh smelling flower arrangement for my Mom! I called from out of town and they made my vision come alive w a festive and fun floral bouquet. I read the mixed reviews before calling them but I'd definitely use The Rose Shop again for my flower arrangement needs! My Mom and her office loved the arrangement! Thank you!!
I have never been upset enough to write a negative review, until now. I had placed an order 4 days in advance for Teleflora's Morning Melody T68-3a. It was supposed to be a beautiful bouquet of lavender colored roses with smaller wax-flowers to be delivered the day before Mother's day. When I called, they told me they only had it in Pink and I said that would be fine. Pink is just as pretty. Well my mother sent us a pic of the flowers she received and they were NOT what I ordered! It was a plant-looking mix of tiny buds that seemed to be dying and wilting. The edges were brown and drooping and there were no roses in the mix! It was so awful! No mother deserved to receive flowers like that. Well I called The Rose Shop and they told me that they had no Roses left to replace the ugly flowers my mother received. How can a store called "The Rose Shop" not have any roses?? They did not apologize for the mix up and stated that they wouldn't have any roses until the following week. Instead, they offered to "re-arrange" the flowers my mother received!! Needless to say they did come that night and replaced the rotten flowers with a dark red rose bouquet. By that time, the damage had been done. My mother's and my disappointment with The Rose Shop was done and their failure to apologize and rectify the situation in a timely manner shows their lack of empathy and customer service. Will never again use this store again.
