I went in today to get some food and a male outside taking my order outside was picking his nose. Not only that the female that took my money was very rude and forgot some of the items that I requested. I had only half an order of corn nuggets instead of a full order. I was already out of town and I called the manager and asked him if he could do anything for this inconvenience and his reply was no because it’s just a condiment. I would highly suggest not to come to the chicken express in Plainview TX, as they will not receive my service anymore. Thanks.

Chicken breast was like eating a boot when I ask for it to be replaced with better chicken the manager was rude. Come on dude my meal was 10 dollars.I deserved it
Very slow. Had to wait 15 minutes and finally walked out. Demanded refund, and was never given an apology. The ultimate was when he asked for my drink back that I had already drank out of!!!
Good Christian atmosphere and the chicken and tea is awesome. A bit pricey but still great food.
