Get drinks only, small meal, or full meal. Has kid menu with activities. Can be by yourself, small group with service ok. Large group be prepared for longer service time for meal preparation. Great place to meet and talk. Servers are usually courteous and helpful.
It's always a friendly employees clean place to sit and enjoy my meals.
Sometimes when I go, the food is good and the waitresses are polite, friendly, and attentive. Other times though, it sucks. Went last night and the waitress was rude and treated me and other customers like huge burdens. All of the waitresses acted like they were so swamped that there was no way they could provide decent service for anyone. when the restaurant was only about a quarter or so of the way full and there were plenty of waitresses to handle it. They took their frustrations out on the customers and my friend saw a waitress mistreat a disabled elderly man. They got my order wrong and I never got a refill on a Dr. Pepper I asked for. They also don't always answer the phone when you try to call in.
IHOP is the most terrible place i have ever eat at. it hasn't mattered where either. the service is terrible, the food is terrible. i don;t know how they keep this place open.
Terrible service! We stood waiting to be seated for a handful of minutes and watched a couple standing before us walk out. Two waitresses walked to the register and didn't acknowledge us. Wouldn't be surprised if the manager was a highschool student too.
