Everytime I come here it is understaffed and the wait is horrendous

Slow on service, has selection of food for Long John Silvers menu or A&W Root beer menu. Reasonable prices for types of food.
Slow service and no utensils given to eat food that clearly required utensils. Good was pretty good but the service was terrible.
